Before confirming the checkout, users can modify the shipping information on the order confirmation page. The modification will be based on the actual page modification prompts.
After confirming the checkout, if you need to change the shipping information, please contact customer service within 24 hours of placing the order and provide the correct shipping information.
Note: Contacting customer service within 24 hours and providing the correct shipping information will be considered a successful acceptance of the change.
Beyond 24 hours, as the products would have entered the warehouse preparation and packaging system, it is not possible to modify the shipping information. We appreciate your understanding.
6. Return and Exchange Policy
Customers can apply for returns or exchanges online within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. Requests beyond 14 days will not be accepted.
Note: The above time frame refers to the cooling-off period, not a trial period. Therefore, the returned items must be in new condition and with complete packaging.
Beauty products are considered personal consumable items. Once opened or used, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Note: Contacting customer service within 14 days and providing the necessary information for the return or exchange will be considered a successful application acceptance.
When returning, please provide the following information:
- Order name, phone, and package receipt photo
- Real photos of the unpacked received products
- Your account name, bank code, branch name, and account number in text form, along with a photo of your bank book.
Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping of items for return or exchange.
7. Rules for Handling Violation Orders
In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of members on this shopping platform, once malicious activities such as order manipulation, coupon manipulation, etc. are detected (including but not limited to the following behaviors):
- Using software, technical means, or other methods to place orders for obtaining goods, discount coupons, or other benefits.
- Repeatedly engaging in malicious order manipulation.
Users acknowledge and agree that they voluntarily accept the following actions by this shopping platform against violation orders:
- Order cancellation.
- Non-shipment.
- Interception or retrieval of orders already picked or shipped.
